What group sizes do you host?

Our experiences are engineered entirely around an intimate, slow-paced rhythm for small groups of 4 to 6 adults to ensure a relaxing atmosphere and personalized, gentle guidance.

Do you travel?

Yes! Thread & Gather brings the moving design studio directly to your home anywhere within our standard service area of Gresham, Troutdale, Happy Valley, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Oregon City, West Linn, Tigard, Tualatin, and Portland neighborhoods. We can not service the Vancouver, Washington area at this time. With an additional concierge fee, other areas may be served. Contact us for more information.

What is included?

Each experience is completely all-inclusive. The flat group rate covers custom material curation, professional tool setup, machine transport, expert individual instruction, and our pristine post-gathering cleanup.

Can you customize an event?

Absolutely! We love tailoring the experience to your specific occasion. Whether it’s a milestone birthday celebration, a screen-free digital reboot night, or a cozy alternative to a traditional book club. Let us know your vision.

How far ahead should I book?

To secure your preferred calendar date and give us ample time to curate your premium fabrics, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.

How do I get started?

Simply submit your details through the intake form above! We will review your calendar request and follow up directly via email within 24 to 48 business hours with next steps.
